GFE Annual Conference Registration

Conference Registration 

Conference registration is open exclusively to grantmakers and donors. Please register by Friday, September 19. Register by August 22 to save $60 on your registration fee. You will receive a registration confirmation/invoice shortly after receipt of your registration; payment is due by September 19 or your space will be released. After September 19, we will continue to accept late and onsite conference registrations on a space-available basis, subject to a $30 surcharge (please call 804.580.8352 to inquire).

Reduced registration fees are available to staff and trustees of organizations that are members of GFE or The Association of Baltimore Area Grantmakers. Foundations that send at least three staff or trustee representatives also will receive a discount of $30 per person off the registration fee.

We are pleased to offer a meals-only guest registration that includes participation at the host event.  The guest fee is $225.

Cancellations and substitutions

A refund minus a $50 processing fee will be granted for cancellation requests received by September 19. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after September 19. Substitutions may be made at any time. All refund and substitution requests must be made in writing.

Hotel Reservations 

GFE's 2008 conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore.  The room block rate is $209/night plus tax and is based on availability.  Reservations must be made before September 19, 2008 in order to receive the discounted rate.
