Examining New Models to Advance Racial and Economic Justice

The New School

Virtual

Recent experience suggests that established systems of American education, civic engagement, and employment mobility are increasingly disserving people and institutions across our nation.

This is especially the case for historically excluded populations of color, women, and other groups that comprise a growing majority of society and whose struggles for justice have been met with growing rejection by establishment forces.

To lift up progressive responses and solutions, The Institute on Race, Power and Political Economy is assembling leading practitioners, scholars, and public intellectuals in a five-part online series of conversations focused on actionable insights for education and workforce professionals, advocates, policy leaders, philanthropy and social investment executives, journalists, and the general public.

The series is supported by member Carnegie Corporation of New York. You may register for any one or more webinars in the series.
