Talent Disrupted: Exploring Underemployment in a Changing World of Work
Nearly six years ago, the landmark Permanent Detour report shed light on the 43 percent of U.S. college graduates who are underemployed in their first job. Strada Education Foundation and the Burning Glass Institute are releasing a new analysis, Talent Disrupted — finding that the challenge remains persistent and costly. The new analysis also characterizes in new detail the factors that contribute to underemployment.
