Head Start is a program that feels like a constant, a reliable source of support for working families that everyone knows and supports. And yet, like much of our safety net, Head Start has seen cuts, challenges, and closures. Katie Hamm will walk us through what has happened so far, what she's watching, and most importantly, what we can do to help families relying on uncertain child care supports.
