The Annie E. Casey Foundation and partners

Virtual

The 2025 budget reconciliation bill, mounting fiscal pressures, and advances in artificial intelligence are prompting states to consider far-reaching changes in safety net benefits, eligibility policies, enrollment systems, and outreach strategies.
