Connecting Pediatricians, Families and Schools for Thriving Youth

Grantmakers for Thriving Youth

Virtual

2:00-3:00 pm ET

Families whose children experience health issues that interfere with school success often struggle to navigate school processes, bureaucratic obstacles and language/cultural barriers when trying to ensure their children can thrive in school.

Pediatricians are trusted by families but don’t have the capacity or the mandate to solve school-related challenges.
EdNavigator solves this problem by partnering with healthcare agencies to match families referred by pediatricians with Navigators who help with school enrollment issues, special education support, and other academic concerns.

Join Grantmakers for Thriving Youth to hear more about EdNavigators’ work in Boston, the Bay Area and Washington, DC, and how this cross-systems approach is a game changer in enabling children and youth to access the services they need to thrive in school.

This program is co-sponsored by Grantmakers in Health.
