Exploring the Relational Core of Systems Change Work

Virtual

The work of changing systems to solve complex social problems often focuses merely on technical solutions to produce quantifiable and predetermined outcomes. However, what is usually missing is the recognition that the systems we are trying to change are made up of people. This session will focus on how collective impact efforts can support relational development in ways that not only build authentic empathy and compassion between diverse participants but that also attune to the interconnectedness of the human existence. A deeper connection with each other, the land, our history and context can form new avenues for innovation to address the social problem at hand.
