It Takes All of Us: Expanded Learning Workforce Summit

Grantmakers for Education and Partners

Los Angeles, CA

December 7-8, 2023

New investments make expanded learning possible for children and families at scale, but one clear barrier to fulfilling that promise is recruiting, supporting, and ensuring quality jobs for an enormous new expanded learning workforce. Together, we must build and uplift innovative strategies that promote livable wages, benefits, full-time positions, and pathways into family-sustaining careers for the expanded learning workforce. It takes all of us!

The EdFunders OST Impact Group will host a special funder meeting at the summit on December 8 to discuss funder strategies for supporting the workforce. Reach out to Rebecca Goldberg (rgoldberg@edfunders.org) with questions.

Presented by Partnership for Children and Youth (PCY) and California School-Age Consortium (CalSAC); sponsored by Grantmakers for Education's Out-of-School Time Impact Group.

Registration deadline: November 30.
