Youth Work Professionals' Turn at the Mic

The December field convening is the first of several opportunities to engage with data from the soon-to-be-released Youth Fields Workforce Study which includes the Power of Us survey. We'll dig into field perspectives highlighted in the recent Afterschool Matters Journal fall issue focused on The Power of Us and other recent workforce publications from the National Institute on Out-of-School Time. Betsy Starr of the National Institute for Out-of-School Time will discuss the Youth Fields Workforce Perspectives Project - and then we'll hand the mic to two youth work professionals interviewed for the project: Alexandreena Dixon and Angel Gomez. We'll have plenty of time for discussion.
