Exploring Public Funding Opportunities for Children & Youth

Join the EdFunders OST Impact Group & the Early Childhood Funder Collaborative for a Funder Meetup on Tuesday, February 3rd from 2-3:30pm as we dive into federal, state, and local funding opportunities for the field. We’ll hear updates on the Federal Tax Credit Scholarship program and Fund IRL Coalition and how these two opportunities could potentially provide funding for afterschool and summer programs. We’ll also talk about state and local public funding opportunities, recent wins, and ways for funders to support public strategic financing for the sector.

Speakers:

  • Elizabeth Gaines, CEO, Children’s Funding Project
  • Jodi Grant, Executive Director, Afterschool Alliance

These meetings are open to funders who are members of Grantmakers for Education. Thanks to the Early Childhood Funders Collaborative (ECFC) for co-sponsoring this program, we welcome ECFC members to join in this month as well!
