Camp Fire’s #EmblemDrop2022: An Organization’s Journey to Face Its History and Empower Young People to Lead Its Present & Future

Join the EdFunders OST Impact Group for a special, in-depth look into one organization’s journey to address its history of appropriating Indigenous culture. Camp Fire will share its work over the last three years to understand how it caused harm to Indigneous communities and culture in its organization’s history, how it has partnered with local affiliates and youth to develop new traditions and practices, and how it is moving forward to create transformational partnerships with Indigenous leaders and organizations to support young people together. This is a story of an organization actualizing a commitment to equity, leading through change, and putting young people in the lead. Join Camp Fire and its partners for this important conversation!
